2. Ticket Inclusions

The Walk Around Only ticket provides access to the designated visitor areas of Tiger Park Pattaya.

The ticket does not include any tiger interaction, close-contact experience, feeding activity, or animal-handling experience.

3. Park Access

• Guests must remain within areas designated for visitors.

• Access to restricted areas, animal enclosures, staff-only areas, or interaction zones is not permitted.

• Guests must follow all signs, instructions, and safety procedures provided by Tiger Park staff.

4. Animal Viewing

• Animal visibility is not guaranteed.

• Tigers may be resting, feeding, relocated, or temporarily unavailable for viewing.

• Viewing arrangements may change depending on animal welfare, veterinary requirements, weather, safety, or operational conditions.

• No refund will be provided solely because a particular tiger is not visible.

5. Photography

• Photography is permitted only in areas where it is allowed by Tiger Park.

• Guests must follow staff instructions regarding photography.

• Flash photography may be restricted in certain areas.

• Professional or commercial photography may require prior permission.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests must not:

• Enter restricted areas.

• Touch, feed, tease, or disturb animals.

• Attempt to interact with animals.

• Cross safety barriers.

• Make excessive noise around the animals.

• Ignore instructions from park staff.

7. Children & Infants

• Children and infants may visit subject to Tiger Park's current admission and safety rules.

• Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or responsible adult.

• The Walk Around Only ticket does not provide permission for children or infants to enter animal interaction areas.

• Please refer to the separate Child & Infant Policy.

8. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for passports, mobile phones, cameras, wallets, valuables, and other personal belongings.

HolidayKart and Tiger Park are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Operational Changes

Tiger Park may modify operating hours, visitor routes, animal viewing areas, facilities, or access arrangements due to animal welfare, safety, weather, maintenance, veterinary requirements, or other operational circumstances.

10. Liability

HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for Tiger Park Pattaya.

HolidayKart is not responsible for animal behaviour, animal visibility, temporary closure of viewing areas, operational changes, weather conditions, traffic, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Child & Infant Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before Visit

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit date/time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the confirmed booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are 100% non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for a no-show.

• No refund will be provided for late arrival resulting in a missed visit.

• No refund will be provided for unused admission due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Animal Visibility

The Walk Around Only ticket provides access to the designated visitor areas but does not guarantee that a particular tiger will be visible.

No refund will be provided because:

• A tiger is resting.

• A tiger is temporarily unavailable for viewing.

• A particular animal is not visible.

• Viewing conditions are different from the guest's expectations.

5. Park Operational Changes

If Tiger Park closes the applicable visitor area or cancels the visit due to safety, animal welfare, severe weather, government instructions, or other circumstances, HolidayKart will assist with the refund or alternative offered by the operator.

6. Rescheduling

Requests to change the visit date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit and are subject to availability and operator approval.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the confirmed booking voucher or ticket will apply to the specific reservation. Special promotional or operator-specific conditions may override the standard HolidayKart cancellation policy.
